Just got home with a carry out order and it was all mesed. I ordered 2 Chicken bacon swiss sandwiches with one having no lettuce. Both sandwiches did not have any bacon or swiss cheese on them, and they did not hold the lettuce one one. Totally, a bad job by kitchen staff.

Kinda a different situation. We drove throw to get our dog one last sandwich...the drive through gal couldn't understand that we wanted a plain roast beef sandwich. We didn't go into detail why we wanted a plain sandwich either. Finally we got the sandwich and our gentle Ole soul dog liked it.♡♡

As far as fast food places go this one is decent. It's a nice change from the usual cheeseburger places. I usually get the beef and cheddar and it's pretty good. I like the arby's sauce. The jalepeno bites are pretty good especially when you dip them in their bronco berry sauce. They also have a reuben and some other sandwiches that are good. I miss the sliders they used to have though.
We all know prices have gone up and up. The days of 5 for 5 are long gone. That being said if you're going to raise prices the least you can do is fill the sandwiches full of meat. All of the sandwiches in our order had little to no meat. Not even sure what meat was in the cheesesteak because it didn't look or taste like roast beef. The mac and cheese bites were greatly overcooked. This experience from a food standpoint was very disappointing from our last visit. Not really sure if we will go back at this point either.

Before the pandemic, my friends and I would take our mid-morning break at this location. World-class customer service! Our food was always hot and delicious and when I go, it still is. Great job guys! 09-26-23 Update: The service at this location has taken a dive. No proper greeting from any associate that saw me standing at the front counter. My fries were hot and my boneless wings were ok. I don't expect the red carpet when I enter an establishment but a simple greeting would do just fine. I noticed the people that entered after me were greeted and dealt with as if their business was appreciated.??
