They did a great job inadvertently got in the Drive-Thru line but was happy to see people actually walking to the cars and taking our orders. I only ordered one chicken sandwich and I had about 10 cars ahead of me and the line was moving quickly however, before I knew it a young man was standing at my window with my order and told me I could just pull out around the rest of the cars I was very impressed with this process. This place is amazing every time I come in! I came in today with a friend to have a quick lunch and like always, the service and food was amazing! This nice lady, I can't remember her name, came over to our table and offered to refill my drink. When she came back with my drink she also gave me and my friend a free brownie. Great food. Great customer service. Overall, a great place to go get food!

Shout Out to Papillon Chick-fil-A! Fast Friendly service! The Drive-Thru was packed and they served us all quickly AND got my order correct! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! Got five meals and fed our family for $40.... Great experience!

I stopped at Chick fil A today in the pouring rain and they had a nice young man standing at the door with an umbrella and when people would pull up he would walk out to the car with the umbrella and walk the customers up to the door with the umbrella to keep them dry! So thoughtful!
Can't say anything more but this Restaurant is always on point. Not much to complain about.
