“They did a great job inadvertently got in the Drive-Thru line but was happy to see people actually walking to the cars and taking our orders. I only ordered one chicken sandwich and I had about 10 cars ahead of me and the line was moving quickly however, before I knew it a young man was standing at my window with my order and told me I could just pull out around the rest of the cars I was very impressed with this process. “I’ve been to Dave’s hot chicken a few times, and I’ve loved it each visit. The restaurant is usually always busy, and you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for your food any given day. However, I recommend this restaurant still due to the great food they have there. The chicken is cooked perfectly with the best blend of spices and sauce. Come hungry, because you will get your money’s worth of food.“

• (Problem: I don’t have this problem with any other Raising Canes locations it is just this one.

Their lemonades do not have enough sugar in them. Every time I ask for a sweet Arnold Palmer the lemonade part of it does not taste the same compared to other locations.

I also know that they’re not adding enough sugar because one of my friends works at this location. When I told them about it they said that some of their coworkers are too dumb to just add a certain amount of sugar into the water like they’re supposed to.

Also they seem to forget to add the extra cane’s sauce I ask for. I know there is an extra charge for them. I’m willing to pay that extra charge. When the person rings back my order they say extra canes sauce when they’re reading the order back to me. Just when I go to actually receive the food it’s not in there. Missing it once or twice is understandable. Mistakes happen. This happens however every time I go to this location.

I hope this review will make it to someone’s eyes that way they can tell their employees what to do to improve. I like eating at Raising Canes I enjoy it.

I do not want to be receiving my food, going into the parking lot, checking my food just to make sure I receive everything. That’s got to be one of the worst experiences if I have to do that. That is all. Thank you.)“

“Went for lunch with my husband and two kids and had the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Curtis was so kind and generous and even had our timid 18 month old girl smiling and talking to him. “I ordered the Cobb salad with the lime ranch dressing and I really liked it. For fast food I thought it was a really good salad. I also got the chocolate milkshake. Yum Yum. It seems to be a smaller dining room and it needs some updating. In my opinion. The staff were very friendly and efficient.“
