Have gone here MANY times. Food is always consistent and delicious. The service, however, is typically TERRIBLE! Today was the third time we have been in where we were seated before 3 (about 10 minutes) but our ticket was waited to be put in until 3:01 thus charging us more for the dinner price! Management fixes it, begrudgingly slow, but doesn’t seem to care this is a common practice with their servers. Well, you played yourself because we are usually high percentage tippers...

The food was good but we had a reservation for 20 people and they gave it to someone else. Their solution was to squeeze us into 3 different areas. We finally get sat together but they never checked on us and never came back to the table so we could pay. Had to pay upfront . That would not have been bad except it was a mess. No organization at all.

I came with my girlfriend at Monday evening. Not very crowded there. The food is as general Asian buffets at other locations. The restroom is clean and don't have bad smell. The staffs are available as your request for any assistance and polite.
