Waited for over 10 minutes to be helped and never was. Walked out. They helped the people in the drive thru and the people waiting to be rung up. Seven people behind the counter and backroom. Not one could help us. Present at 215pm so not even a lunch rush. Poor service and no apologies.

Been awhile since dinning at Panda Express. First thing we noticed was the take-out boxes, they use them for dine in as well, were smaller so portions were smaller. Maybe an off day but firecracker chicken and Beijing beef were not as flavorful as the past. Disappointing to say the least.
Staff is always great and happy to see you but food will make it harder to return anytime soon. Sorry Panda and I hope you get back to your old quality.

Decent food. This location in particular can be stingy on portion sizes. 8 times out of 10 the food is fresh. I’ve been to better locations but I’ve also been to worse.

Every single time I go through the drive thru at this specific location the workers never give me what I ask for and still charge me for it. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to go into the establishment to verify that I’m getting what I ordered. Why even have a drive thru if the employees can get any of the orders correct for each customer. This hasn’t only happened to me, but to several other people that I know at this location.

I stopped there quite often I just usually get a side of fried rice and the vegetable and they are always fresh. A customer service is exceptional.

I’ve never been disappointed with any meal here until this last time. Everything tasted the same from the fried rice to the orange chicken, the rice was mush and hard to choke down it wasn’t a pleasant dining experience. Probably be 10yrs before I try that again!

Ordered broccoli and beef with fried rice in a bowl…got home and was hard pressed to find any beef in the dish. 10.00 for a bowl or rice and 5 stalks of broccoli seems abit ridiculous.

Not sure what happened, used to get food here all the time. Recently, orders have been wrong or food missing. Last straw was my son getting food poisoning from the Orange Chicken. Won't be returning or Door Dashing from here again.

The food is pretty basic and boring. We had four different entrees and everything was just average.

I came to this location on a weekday to grab dinner after hours of moving furniture. The restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, and I arrived at 10:13 PM, just in time to order. I asked for a plate with two entrees—orange chicken and rice. However, I was told they were out of orange chicken and could only offer one side, suggesting I choose a different entree. I reluctantly settled on sesame chicken, even though it’s not my favorite, only to find out they were out of that as well.
The person taking my order then mentioned they could make a bowl with just orange chicken and rice since they only had one serving left. By this point, I was frustrated and stared at the menu in disbelief, trying to decide on something else. They offered honey walnut chicken next, but I had to decline because I’m allergic. I was still considering my options when they suggested beef and broccoli, which I wasn’t in the mood for.
At this point, I contemplated asking what was actually available so I wouldn’t have to keep guessing. The person taking my order didn’t seem very remorseful or considerate, and I thought they could have at least offered a coupon or discount for the inconvenience. Frustrated and unsure how long the remaining food had been sitting out, I decided to take my business elsewhere and told them I no longer want to order anything from here.
It’s disappointing that they claim to close at 10:30 PM, but at 10:13, they were already acting like they were closed. I’ve heard of other locations, like the one at 72nd and Dodge, having similar issues with running out of food and refusing to cook more. However I’ve usually avoided that by going earlier. My previous visits to this location have been fine, but last night’s experience was frustrating and disappointing.
