It was my first time at Panda Express and must say that I wasn't disappointed at all. The service was phenomenal and the food was even better.

We dined in at 10:00 PM we felt super rushed when ordering, when we were eating as well.
They locked the door at 10:20 someone try to go in but they didn’t let him. If ya’ll close at 10:20 state it and don’t lie to us stating 11.

I rarely eat here but I do pick up a lot of orders for deliveries and I’m always happy to do so. Not only are the orders almost always ready as soon as I arrive, but the cashiers and workers are all so friendly and offer me cold beverages when I wait. The few times I’ve eaten here have always been great. I wish more restaurants had such amazing workers. They really seem to care!

everyone has a crappy attitude especially manager
Stopped for dinner thinking I was getting great food to enjoy after a long day…WRONG! After spending $65.00 for dinner for the fam, my first bite of my orange chicken plate ended up being a bone covered in breading disguising what was actually inside(see picture). I didn’t know I stopped in the pet section for chew toys while almost busting my teeth on what is supposed to be quality human food. I called the store and their employee did not understand my frustration and was rude about the situation. So I hung up the phone not wasting my time explaining the issue to him as he didn’t seem to care. I will not return

Went to Panda Express and ordered the orange chicken — big mistake. First bite and I crunched down on a solid bone. Completely ruined my appetite. I don’t expect fine dining from fast food, but I do expect not to nearly break a tooth. No apology, no offer to make it right. Quality control is clearly non-existent. Won’t be coming back.

This place is disgusting! We got our food and on our first bite the piece of chicken was a bone. When we called the gentleman on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. They did nothing to resolve the issue! I guess it’s ok to eat bones!!! Never will I eat there again!

Always hit and miss here....today most of their entrees were gone...had 7 employees 2 were sitting in the dining room, dining room was dirty. Not a pleasant experience

Asked if I could get a refill of the “natural flavored waters”, the manager said no. I asked her why, she said because they don’t do refills. I asked her where did it say that in the menu or anywhere. She said it’s online and that she would send me the information. Not good customer service. She made me feel like I was in the wrong for “not knowing” their policy that was not displayed nowhere.

On April 4, 2025, after a long and exhausting day at work, I walked into the store feeling drained and frustrated. Alona M., immediately recognized my fatigue and, as a regular customer, she knew exactly what I needed.
Her customer service is nothing short of exceptional. Despite my rush to get home, Alona made the process seamless and efficient, ensuring I was in and out in no time. Her warm smile and genuine kindness made all the difference on a tough day. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to their role—Alona is not just an employee; she is a true asset to Panda Express.
Over the time I’ve been visiting this store, I’ve witnessed her incredible work ethic. Waited for over 10 minutes to be helped and never was. Walked out. They helped the people in the drive thru and the people waiting to be rung up. Seven people behind the counter and backroom. Not one could help us. Present at 215pm so not even a lunch rush. Poor service and no apologies.
