I came in just to grab a bowl really quick but decided to eat inside since I was greeted with friendly customer service. I’ve NEVER had a better dining experience than I had here at QDOBA. I had shift lead Isabel come to my table and kindly ask how I’m doing and if I’m enjoying the food. Those interactions are what separate this location from its other locations. I typically stray away from writing reviews but I was convinced by Isabel. I don’t know of anyone more deserving of a raise than her!

Food is WAY better than Chipotle, Qdoba is always my go to. But customer service is NOT as good as it should. Rude young people, super rude. Megan could be nicer, all I’m trying to do is order food, what is the need to be rude?

Never in my life have i had to deal with such bad service and a rude employee. I was snapped on with such a horrible attitude because I could not understand what she was saying as she was speaking very low. I do not leave reviews unless absolutely necessary but I could not continue to order after that interaction. Customer service is huge part of a growing and thriving business. Please be mindful to others (both ways) whether serving or ordering.
