Food is WAY better than Chipotle, Qdoba is always my go to. But customer service is NOT as good as it should. Rude young people, super rude. Megan could be nicer, all I’m trying to do is order food, what is the need to be rude?

Never in my life have i had to deal with such bad service and a rude employee. I was snapped on with such a horrible attitude because I could not understand what she was saying as she was speaking very low. I do not leave reviews unless absolutely necessary but I could not continue to order after that interaction. Customer service is huge part of a growing and thriving business. Please be mindful to others (both ways) whether serving or ordering.

This used to be my go-to Qdoba for 3 years, but not anymore. After they renovated the restaurant recently, I went by twice (takeout both times). Both of the times, my portion size was very small. First time, I ordered a bowl, it turned out only half filled. The next time, when I ordered tacos, the guy barely put few grains of rice in it. Spending $12-15 on a bowl doesn't sound right if they're going to give kid-sized portions. Staff has changed, and new people are simply not good at it. Will not be returning back here.

always a great experience when i come here with my family. the food is delicious and fresh. customer service is top notch and the restaurant is always clean. definitely recommend!

Vegetarian options: They meat options but no entree is specific to getting meat. you can get the fajita veggies with any entree and they have a bunch of toppings to make your entree full.

Kid-friendliness: kids meal options. plenty of space in the dining room. always kind and helpful employees

Wheelchair accessibility: good dip in the sidewalk to allow access to the restaurant. no stairs.
