Delivery scheduled for 8-9p...messaged at 8p didn't have 7 of my items...at 8:30p advised my delivery was delayed up to 2 hours ..at 9:45pm I tried to cancel my order...nothing...I called wm cs...they said they req to cancel and the person who had my order had to return my order bec their car broke down...and they are trying to fix it???..Doordash picks thst stuff up. 10:37pm..order still not cancelled and no delivery???? This is not the first time for this store. Also, if you don't have the items remove them from the website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always get bday cakes for the kids, pick up is always easy. Never had a problem with theater cakes.

Be very cautious when dealing with anyone at this store. There is no accountability or responsibility for what their employees say or do. Last Friday I called up looking to see if a item was in stock. After being out on hold the lady came back and stated that the item was in stock and they had plenty of them. I drove up there and couldn't find the item so asked for help and got no where. I then asked for a store manager and they simply apologized and suggested I try another Walmart on the other side of Omaha. Then Today I called the tire and lube asking if I could get a tire put on a rim. The gentleman said they would be able to get it done today but when I arrived 10 min later the woman I spoke with let me know that they would not be able to get it done. I then called the store to ask for a corporate number to report these experiences. I was out on hold for over have an hour before I hung up and called back. The lady I spoke with then let me know the store manager was unavailable and I should call 1-800-Walmart, which I have. At this point I will no longer be going to this store and will be letting everyone I know to do the same and be cautious with employees if the do shop there.

The store is very dirty and not stocked at all.. lunch meat and meat isles are 3/4 empty. The only things there are super processed stuff.. I understand it is the week after Christmas and stuff is being shuffled to roll out the next holiday stuff but this is the worst I have ever seen ANY walmart..

I bought my son a backpack from here for preschool. He is 2.5 years old... I use it to carry his extra clothing, snack, epi pen junior, water bottle, and some wipes. Since we bought this backpack from here the door greeter stops us every time and ask us for the receipt for the backpack. it doesn't happen anywhere else but this Walmart and it's always the same door greeter to stop us and look in my sons backpack and our receipt. Why are you doing this to us? It doesn't happen anywhere else.

I was followed around by the creepiest workers. Browsing the craft isle to decorate stuff and then a group of employees gathered on one end of the isle and ended up basically walking us out of there for no reason! Then checked my bag! All I had was TWIZZLERS!! And the crazy door lady watched me check out!!!! What's next a frisk search!!

Come on Walmart! I'm ordering food at the bakery and the girls don't speak good enough English to get my order correct! She keep apologizing for her poor English! This is not good when they are dealing with customers who primarily speak English.
Love and hate going here. Hate the parking. I usually park buy the nursery or auto repair area but then its so far to walk to the grocery dept. But you can't beat the prices. I go there to buy dog food,makeup and groceries.

If you need to have a tire fixed and you have 3 hours to spare, sure stop here. And hey if you don't mind them helping customers who come in after you've been there for an hour, then heck yeah, this is your place!! But if you're time is valuable and you want to be treated with respect don't make the trip to this Walmart Tire and Lube.

I usually shop at the 72nd & Hickory location but I was in the area and decided to do my periodic stock-up trip in Papillion. The layout of the store is the same, just in reverse. The place was very busy, per usual on a Sunday afternoon, but to my surprise there was no half-hour wait in line! I got in and out pretty quickly and the young employee was very nice and polite.
