This was my first experience at a wingstop and it was amazing. I don’t live around anywhere with a wingstop and decided to try it today while I was in town. I ordered a 15 piece meal for 2 including 3 flavors (5 lemon pepper, 5 Louisiana rub, 5 mango habanero) the food came perfect and was delicious. The service was even better, the meal came with 2 20oz drinks but since it was just for me I opted for a single 32oz the worker noticed I had my s/o in the car and gave me another 32oz drink free of charge along with a brownie free of charge as well. I was told the food would take 7-14 mins to come out but it came within 5, I was very impressed. Needless to say I will be coming back next time I am in town and I was very impressed by the worker doing the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience.

This is the worst wingstop i ever try i order the food outside in my car when i pu the food was cool and i orderer like 15 min ago? The wings was soo smaller the fryes no seasoned and coolest like my ex and if you eat there good luck is a complete disaster im a wingstop customer around the country 🤡

Picked up the order and they forgot, so we had to return to the store to get them and when I asked if they could add an extra ranch for the inconvenience the guy rudely said no and they would have to charge for it. They messed up the ordered and we had to return to the store and they couldn’t throw in an extra ranch?! The employee was rude to begin with. We picked up food around 6p on 1/10/26, I hope management will fix their employees attitudes and how ridiculous it was to not even give us side of ranch for their mess up. We didn’t ask for a refund or anything, just an extra side of ranch.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.
I really don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. They always are forgetting something from every order. Ridiculous. Rather pay extra and go to another location. Food is a hit and miss on the tasting fresh and/or warm.

This location is by far the worst. I went in there today and we didn't even get created. We stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came up and then when he finally came to the register he just stood there. I should of known then not to even order. While waiting for them to give me one of my drinks we were shorted I witnessed one of the guys working there grab raw chicken the walk over to the counter and grab me a cup. I asked for my chicken well done and when we got our food the chicken was still slimy and had no seasoning. We didn't even the chicken. It was by far the worst. There was 3-4 guys in the kitchen and they all were cussing like there was nobody else. Very uncomfortable and beyond unsanitary. I don't even want to give it a one star rating
