Tried to visit the the Arnold, MO location and our family was kicked out as soon as we walked in. An empty restaurant and told us they are on a 2 hour wait and to leave bc they are understaffed.... won't be back. went to BWW instead!

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Worst Wingstop in the Omaha metro. Tried it 5 or 6 times too many. Extremely inconsistent, chicken always tastes "off", there is always a long wait. You are better off heading down Cornhusker to the one in Bellevue. They actually know what they are doing.

The last two orders we’ve received have been wrong. Ordered directly thru the restaurant and not DoorDash or any other app. They have no accountability when you call, and are EXTREMELY rude. They act like it’s the delivery service who is at fault, when the store is who bags up your food. Will not be ordering again.

Previously in Colorado we had a terrible experience and going to this location in Papillion topped every time we have been to a Wingstop. The meal we got tonight is why we prefer Wingstop and what we got tonight is our expectation. Everything was cooked perfectly and crispy while being sauced very well with a lot of extra sauce and completely coated the wings. The fries and corn were seasoned and cooked perfectly. When picking up the food the staff was very friendly and had great hospitality when picking up the food. This is easily the best experience I have ever had at Wingstop and this location in Papillion will be our main location when we go out for some wings. I recommend everyone go try this location because it deserves to be noticed for the excellence in service and food quality.

The service at the Walled Lake location is horrible. Waited over 30 minutes longer than promised. This is not the first time.

we were told they were to backed up to take any more orders. How do you tell a customer who has come in to eat where only 3 tables had patrons and you tell a paying customer they can't order food!!!!
