I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.

I really don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. They always are forgetting something from every order. Ridiculous. Rather pay extra and go to another location.
Food is a hit and miss on the tasting fresh and/or warm.

This location is by far the worst. I went in there today and we didn't even get created. We stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came up and then when he finally came to the register he just stood there. I should of known then not to even order.
While waiting for them to give me one of my drinks we were shorted I witnessed one of the guys working there grab raw chicken the walk over to the counter and grab me a cup. I asked for my chicken well done and when we got our food the chicken was still slimy and had no seasoning. We didn't even the chicken. It was by far the worst. There was 3-4 guys in the kitchen and they all were cussing like there was nobody else. Very uncomfortable and beyond unsanitary. I don't even want to give it a one star rating

MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED ON OCTOBER 2. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND. IT'S NOW THE 13TH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.

Messed up my order. Messed up the guy's order before mine also. Must be hard to read the ticket tapped to the bag. Dry wings. Place was filthy. Had to drive back to get what they forgot. Overpriced. Not worth it.
