“Half way through a Colorado trip and this has to be the highlight! Great atmosphere and everything in there has a story, food was amazing and if you order it medium rare you get medium rare. And honestly the best fries Ive ever had making my meal so worth it. If I could I would drive down every weekend just to eat here again.(I would bet $20 a vegan would eat here and have a great time)!!“
