We just had a gathering of 15 people and the waitress did not know how to separate the orders into the system. Lack of training comes to mind. Having a new person handling that large of a group without being able to split into multiple orders created a lot of fun trying to check out. A year ago we didn’t have any problems. Things change. Fortunately the food still pleases most of the group. I ordered gluten free pizza with extra sauce, didn’t see extra sauce and would prefer a cauliflower crust to what I got (I sure hope it was gluten free). My husband ordered angel hair and got spaghetti. The more experienced staff was getting a sunday off which is good. They seem to be busier than they used to be.

We've tried and wanted to love this place. After our 3rd visit I would say we'll continue to go to Romas in Bellevue. We've tried various things from brushetta, pizza, pasta, crab bites, tortellini and they were all nasty. A couple bites is all we could do. However, I'm glad others love this place and give other's another option to dine in town.

I tried the penne pasta with meat sauce which was very good. Hubby had the shrimp and scallops pesto pasta and he raves how good it was. Portions are good sized and they have a large menu to choose from. They also have a nice wine list and other alcohol choices. Soda choices are also available. We tried the lemonade which to me, needed some sugar. The rolls come out warm and yummy. Eat them warm as when they cool, they get crusty (still very good).
Prices are reasonable. Wheelchair accessible.

Service could be better. They need to train the waitstaff more of the bar offerings. Food was decent. Place is beautiful.
