Such a cool place worth a visit when in town like going back in time not many of these old soda fountains know days but when you do see them pretty neat recommend this place

Super cool place. It's like taking a step back in time. This would be a great place for nice little day trip to get a ice cream. I got a rueben delicious! Also had a sundae coffee ice cream with carmel, hot fudge, cherry, whip cream and it was delicious.

I heard about this restaurant and wanted to give it a try. It's on the corner downtown Plattsmouth, at 402 Main St. There was only one waitress trying to take care of all the patrons by herself, and I think there was only one cook in the kitchen. They do have a sign on the counter for Help Wanted! They are only open from 11a to 3p for lunch only Monday thru Saturday, closed on Sunday. They only have sandwiches, so I ordered the ham and turkey on sourdough bread and a pasta salad, my daughter ordered a panini. It seemed like it took a while from the time she took our order to when we finally got it. For dessert we ordered the brownie sundae and the huckleberry ice cream. The sandwiches were good but enjoyed the dessert, the huckleberry ice cream was really good as well as the brownie sundae. If you are looking for something different try this little restaurant.

We stopped for lunch today and it was by far the best sandwich I have had in awhile! My dad got the roast beef panini and I had the hoagie sandwich. As soon as we walked out we both said I would come back and make the 40 min trip again.Now 3 hours later we are still talking about how good it was! You need a nice historical place for lunch, this is the place to go!!
