“We’ve been making the trek out to Abie Ne for the Roast Pork dinners on Wednesdays ever since I discovered it about 4 years ago. With the loss of The Bohemian Cafe in South Omaha this IS as close as you’re going to get. It is AUTHENTIC, HOMEMADE and DELICIOUS ! Well worth the drive and I highly recommend it.We’ve tried some of the Bohemian style dinners served by various places around town but they all fall short in flavor, serving size, and price. This does NOT disappoint. You get a GENEROUS serving of roasted to perfection pork, a GENEROUS side of mashed potatoes and gravy, a GENEROUS serving of EDIBLE sauerkraut, (THAT alone is important) a GENEROUS helping of potato dumplings, a side salad and some of the fluffiest thick sliced rye bread since rye bread was invented.Do yourselves a flavor and make the trip through Nebraskas Bohemian Alps and stop in at Abies Place and give it a try.Oh, and did I mention the homemade AUTHENTIC Kolaches !?!?!So many to choose from and so perfectly delicious !Plus they also sell loaves of the homemade rye and cinnamon rolls. We have both dined in and carried out.AND we have dined in AND carried out. I’ve bought extra to take home and just like good spaghetti, it’s even better the next day !!!Try it, you’ll like it, Thank me later ?I am NOT affiliated with Abies Place in any way nor do I get free roast pork dinners lol”

“Best chicken wings I've ever had. Like holy good God. I would literally drive 40 miles just to eat here. The burgers were the best burger I've had in a very long time. Service was great. Atmosphere is small town, but good.”
“Had some amazing burgers, wings, pizza, and cheese curds here the other night, we will definitely be making the 45 minute drive again soon just for their great food and atmosphere!”

“Holy wow!! New to town out for a drink and a bite with my friend. This place is NICE, very warm and cozy interior and decor, classy but at the same time super down to earth come as you are welcome from the staff.Drinks were fantastic, the staff were over the moon friendly, and the prices were very well suited. The food... Well.. All I can say is BEST PRIME RIB I've ever had! And again, the price on that was sooo perfect! It was just this huge, perfectly cooked, tender, juicy slice of beef with amazing fresh sides! Everything came out fresh, hot and fast. Man, I really hope I get the chance to go back there for another meal because that was just such an amazing experience. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and don't miss the chance to drop in here. I think the prime rib is only on weekends (?), but don't quote me. Based on how well cooked and seasoned the prime rib was I'd feel confident ordering anything off that menu.”

“A great small town bar. The Wild Ride can live up to its name on some nights and also be a great place to go chill out. Lots of buses going through there. The staff will make you feel at home and the locals love visitors. Good sized bar and not a hole in the wall. No food, but the drinks are always cold!”
