“I ordered a pizza to pick up at 8PM, but I wasn't able to make it there until 8:30PM. I called as I was pulling into the parking lot and was given the manager on the phone who told me "we closed at 8 and have already counted our drawers for the night" I replied saying that I thought they closed at 9PM and she said "no, we changed to winter hours months ago" I then proceeded to tell her I was already in the parking lot and then the manager quickly hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I tried to call back several times and no answer, even though the voicemail they have setup kept answering and the recording even states they are open until 9PM. Their Facebook also states they are open until 9PM as well as Google. My question is why did you guys not say that you close at 8PM when I made my order at 630PM to pickup at 8PM? I think that would have been pretty important information to disclose. How else would I know you guys close at 8PM if your voicemail, Facebook, and Google all say you close at 9PM? I'm really disappointed in the way the manager handled this and probably will not return as a customer. My entire family and myself, and alot of close friends have eatin here ALOT and ordered pizza to go several times throughout the years and have never been treated So rudely before. Maybe it's the new management?”

“Just ordered a delivery order and the food was amazing as always but door dash only delivered 1 horchata, driver didn't seem to care so I called the restaurant and the customer service was top notch!! Not only did he remember my order because they had to remake it after a previous dasher stole it but he quickly made it right and offered to leave a gift card to replace the missing horchata in the office for our next visit!! Thank you for an amazing dinner!!”

“2 people for dinner around 6:15pm. Sat quickly. Bathrooms clean. ordered Crunchy NE roll, California roll, Shumai, and Crab Rangoon. everything came out in less than 5 min...still not sure if we just got super fresh food fast or someone else's wrong order they managed to resell. Both rolls were enjoyable. Shumai was greasy. Obviously frozen, fried ahead of time bc it came out too quick to be fresh and wasn't hot enough. Crab Rangoons were good. Went for round 2 of food and asked what cut of meat they used for Steak teriyaki. I was told Angus...yeah, that's the type of cow but what cut of meat? "Don't know. Maybe sirloin." This is coming from the lady who introduced herself as the shift manager. Went with chicken teriyaki and "Sicilian Pizza Rolls". I mean...any Japanese Cuisine / Sushi restaurant with Scicilian Pizza Rolls must have these on the menu for a good reason, right? Someone must've been high as a kite because they took pizza bagel bites dipped in tempura and fried them. Intriguing, but not a smart menu item here. They use all the same steamed rice for sushi as they did for our side. overcooked and unseasoned. Teriyaki chicken came as cut up chicken breast with teriyaki sauce on the side with steamed rice and a big pile of sauteed vegetables. Both our server and shift manager were very friendly but uneducated about the food they're serving. I had to repeat everything we ordered for the waiter at least once if not twice slowly. No prices on the main menu for individual plates so not sure how much you're going to pay unless you ask them to show you their handheld order-taker.”

“This is a simply a great place. You will have a hard time finding better service or better beer in Lincoln. GREAT location in Haymarket, there's also a rooftop bar that's well worth the effort. Food options are limited, but the top-shelf sausages and pretzels means nobody need walk away hungry. We always stop here when we get back to Lincoln.”

“We had Super Taco cater my husband‘s Retirement Party & it was a huge success!!! Everyone loved their food & there was definitely plenty for the whole group with even extra for leftovers!!! The planning process was wonderful as they were so helpful with the menu selection, giving us samples to try along the way & assisting us in knowing how much to order. The food pick up went without a hitch & it was so easy to get everything laid out & ready to serve up to our guests. Thank you Super Taco for a wonderful & delicious celebration.”
