Capitol View Winery & Vineyards

Nice winery just outside Lincoln. Have a good variety of sweet and semi-sweet. They have bands and trivia on Fridays. Have some small food plate options.

Lovely wines... beautiful friendly owners... live music... lots of space... loved it!

Our first visit of 2025. The evening was perfect weather, the wine, summer sausage, and cheese were great, and the toffee was fantastic.

Love the atmosphere and staff. Welcoming environment every time we visit. We love to come on Sunday and spend the afternoon enjoying a game and some wine.

Great winery plenty of space indoor and outdoor ?

Loved the views and the wine tasting experience! Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Really enjoyed our experience at this wonderful winery with a great location!

We were privileged to attend a plated dinner with wine pairings and I must say I was impressed. The setting is peaceful, the food was delicious and the wine pairings were simply perfect. The live music added to the ambiance and the staff and owners were very attentive and made sure to personally ask how our experience was and listened to our positive comments. Be prepared for a small section of gravel road to reach the venue and parking was a little tricky on the grass after the rain but we will definely be coming back for another date night.

Highly recommend! We went for the chocolate and wine pairing for Valentine’s Day, and it was such a great experience. Delicious wine, ample seating (inside and outside), and beautiful view. The service was attentive and kind as well. If you’re a fan of sweet wine, definitely the place to check out will be back!

I have a hard time choosing a “favorite” because I have so many: Capitol View White, Capitol View Red, Front Porch, and Celebration. The new owners and their team care about creating a memorable experience for guests. This is our new favorite hangout!

We enjoy the wine, charcuterie and the relax atmosphere of the place. The prices were the norm, the offer free water and restrooms were clean and well supply. They had a food truck for the event that day that was pretty good too. The brisket that they offer was worth the cost... food is been high every where lately. Hope you stop by this winenery and enjoy, we surely did!

It’s a very nice place, quiet and scenic, but the two wines we had were not good.
