This was easily the best prime rib that I have ever had! The ribeye was also delicious and cooked perfectly. Carlie was our waitress and she paid attention to every need. We will be coming back!!

I have had prime rib all across the country and this was the best I have ever had. The appetizers, drinks and desserts are amazing. I can't wait to try the steaks. Thank you for the amazing food and wonderful service. We are lucky to have such a great restaurant in our community.

I had an exceptional experience at Speakeasy in Holdredge, NE. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, offering a rich and satisfying flavor. The Korean chicken was also a standout, with a delicious blend of spices and textures. The ambiance is unique, featuring the intriguing local lore of faceless Fred, the resident ghost, which adds a quirky and memorable element to the visit. Definitely worth a stop for great food and a touch of local legend!
