Placed an order on 05/14/23, when we picked it up the order was wrong, under cooked over sauced with hardly and cheese. called and spoke to Heidi who gave us her word that she would personally remake the pizza and have it delivered. waited over an hour, pizza was never delivered so I went to the location. Business was closed and no one would answer the drive up window in spite of cars being in thr parking lot. Other cars were also in the drive up trying to get service
I ordered on 9/26 at roughly 1230pm. I wanted delivery and was informed they didn’t deliver until 5pm per their menu but they would make an exception for me.
Chantel went above and beyond for me and brought my order to where I was even when they weren’t offering delivery!
