What a find. Long road trip and a random stop on the east side of Scott's bluff for gas. Blue taco is an OUTSTANDING alternative to typical gas station food. I had. 3 awesome blue corn tacos and my wife had a beef bowl. Both were excellent. Service was great. I would route a road trip through Scott's bluff just to go back

Worker was nice and friendly but food was terrible !!!tasted like old county jail or soup kitchen food …strange taste
