The best Mexican food and fry bread we’ve had in a looong time. We are visiting Scottsbluff from out of town, and we wish we could have Rosalinda’s in our city! We had the enchiladas and fry bread and tacos, with the fry bread dessert (so good)! The service was great and the family that owns this restaurant is so friendly. We will come again when we are in the area!
The Best Mexican Restaurant in town for authentic Fry Bread , everything made to order, if you dont like the food, your taste buds are outta whack.and Rosa and Domingo and sons are a class act, friendly well liked down to earth people. God Blessed them..

I got the 3 Amigo plate with the enchilada smothered in their delicious pork chili. Next visit I’m getting the Indian taco. Domingo is friendly and made great conversation with my husband and I. We walked in and we were treated like old friends. I highly recommend everyone go there.
