Always a great experience.. the waiter is always very friendly and helpful. It's an amazing place to eat especially with kids.. they never treat you horrible like some place do when you bring your kids they also have accessibility to cater to large groups or family which is always nice.. We are a large family and they were able to seat us right away took our drink order right away and were quick with getting our drinks and food out to us in a timely manner once ordered.. they are a Lil pricey but so worth it!!

Noticed employees making eye contact but no one asked me if I wanted a drink or if I needed a memo. Also noticed 4-5 tables with folks waiting on their food. One girl looked at me and proceeded to clean a table off. I will not be returning here and will deter my employees and friends from doing the same.

My husband and I used to really like eating at Chili's but our experience yesterday was horrible. First we waited for a booth for 20 minutes when we could see there were empty ones and I asked about them and the hostess said she was waiting for them to be cleaned. When we were finally seated it was at one of the booths we seen that was empty and cleaned. We waited over another 15-20 minutes for our waitress to come to our table. When she finally came to our table she said she was sorry but wasn't told by the hostess that we were at her table. She was kind enough to comp our drinks and appetizer. When we got our food it was gross. The fries , the chips and the chicken crispers all tasted like they were fried in very old nasty oil it was disgusting and later when we got home we both had upset stomachs even though we didn't finish our meals because they were not eatable. We didn't bother saying anything because it seemed like no one there cared about the customers anyway. We will not go to Chili's again and we will be telling all of our friends and family and our own customers that come to our business if they ask about places to eat in the area. The condition of the building inside and out was terrible. Broken awnings, pieces of awnings on the ground and a light pole was knocked over and laying in the parking lot. The inside wasn't as clean as it had been in the past. You can clearly see that whoever is running and managing Chili's in Scottsbluff Nebraska doesn't care about anything going on there from the service to the food to how the place looks or about cleanliness. It's very sad it has become like this.

What a joke! Service was awful, rude servers and manager. Slowest drink refills I have ever experienced. Food was so slow and not well prepared. I would subtract stars if possible.Take your business somewhere else.
Food was on point. Hot and tasty when it finally came out. I had my appetizer and no drink or silverware for a full 15 minutes before I got my drink, and I had to ask for silverware. I guess beverage and silverware are no longer standard dining out essentials.Then, after completing my appetizer by the time I got my burger, I had been in the restaurant for about 65 minutes. It was just me, so it shouldn't have taken that long, considering I ordered within the first 3 minutes. Subpar service, but the food was great. My server never checked on me, and the young lady who sat me clearly was lost in her role as well. Must be a new staff or an ill trained staff.Hats off to the kitchen crew, though , when I finally got my order.. it was hot and delicious.

Stopped for a bite to eat with my sons, while my dad was in the hospital. There was chips all over the floor under the table we were sat at, and my menu was sticky with some sort of substance. We sat for 20+ minutes, with all kinds of employees walking but, without anyone even asking us what we’d like to drink. We said piss on it and went to Applebee’s. I’ll never go back, and will find as many places as I can to leave a positive review, such as this.
