My least favorite part of getting my food to go at this location is the part where thirty people (who I'm assuming are taking and moving orders and are busy) walk past into and out of the kitchen and pretend not to see you. The To-Go counter needs to be moved to a place where it's harder for workers to pretend to not see you for legitimately 15 minutes and counting.
You always have to wait several minutes to be seated, then your waitress takes your order and doesn't come back till your ready to walk out the door. Food is pretty decent with the exception of fries that taste like they were on the counter overnight. The dining room it is like eating in an ice box. So cold in there everyone had a coat or hoodie on and still was cold. This restaurant could be soo much better with some effort and a few changes. Food was on point. Hot and tasty when it finally came out. I had my appetizer and no drink or silverware for a full 15 minutes before I got my drink, and I had to ask for silverware. I guess beverage and silverware are no longer standard dining out essentials.Then, after completing my appetizer by the time I got my burger, I had been in the restaurant for about 65 minutes.
