I clearly stated that I'm highly allergic to sea food and couldn't have the shrimp that came with it. when the water asked me if I wanted them I stated again that I am highly allergic. my food comes out and there is shrimp on my plate. She asked me if it was okay and if I wanted to eat it still. I said no and she asked me if I was allergic where I told her a third time that I'm highly allergic. If she wants to charge me for a meal I can't eat then she can pay for the cost of my epipen and the life saving actions taken to save me. Bottom line is you have an allergy don't come to Roma

I’ve been here twice. The first time I felt the food was good aside from the ravioli we ordered as an appetizer, which was very dry. The portions could stand to be larger considering the size of the price tag, but ultimately it is what it is. The service was good too.
I went for a second time on New Years Eve. The place was swamped, so I wasn’t expecting stellar service, but even with that caveat, I managed to be disappointed. My table had no condiments, my bread basket wasn’t cleaned before being put at my table (there was a balled up straw wrapper under the bread, and lord knows what else was in that basket *before* they decided to just put more bread in it without even changing the napkin used as a bread cloth), there was no butter or oil for the bread, we weren’t provided straws with our drinks, the food was hot but tasted mid, and my cake was still frozen when it was brought out. 😩 The only bright spots of the experience was the clean dining area and the cocktail my husband had was excellent.
The whole dirty bread basket thing… I get that they were busy AF, but damn, at least change the paper in the basket before using it for another customer. That was disgusting. Everything else I can almost overlook, but that alone prompted me to actually write a review. This meal for two was certainly *not* worth $60.

Parking: Parking is available in front of the airport terminal and is free.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is single story with accessible doors. The seating is entirely at tables, so a chair could be pulled out of the way for a wheelchair user to be seated at a table.

Very disappointed, food isn’t great. One of the dishes we ordered was a Philly sandwich—the sandwich wasn’t made with enough meat to fill the bun. We ate in the restaurant, based on the other reviews we were excited to try this place service was fast and friendly but quality wasn’t there.

We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order and no one did so we just left. Plenty of waitresses saw us and just ignored that we still had our menus and didn’t have any drinks even after making eye contact. Very disappointed!

This place really is a "hidden gem" as the waitress said. The food is so yummy, the presentation is a great part that as well! I had the Tour of Italy. Wasn't disappointed!

Update: Went two more times. Took my Mom and kiddos as well! They all enjoyed it and just look at those big tasty meatballs! ?

I got the tour of Italy it was amazing! Hubby got the lobster ravioli also very tasty… however the Caesar salad was iceberg lettuce served in hot bowls, Unfortunately for me the ranch is not house made… the service was great, atmosphere was inviting, good drink list…. Will definitely be back!

My daughter and I were looking for a new place to have lunch and Roma hit the spot. The food was just ok but the overall experience was very good.

Service-- Wonderful. Professional, present but not too much.

Atmosphere -- the restaurant is IN the airport, in the lobby area. Parking, then, was at the airport lot and was very convenient. Inside, the look was comfortable. My young daughter thought it was very fancy and I had a flashback of Olive Garden circa 1995 in the best way possible.

Food -- we had a lunch portion Sausage Alla Penne and Spaghetti with meat sauce. The kids menu had a variety of pastas and was a good price. Bread was brought before and was so good. I thought the pastas could have had more flavor, a spice or acid, to cut the heaviness. We would've been just fine skipping the side salad. Next time, we may get the calzone which looked really good.
