Waited over an hour for 2 drinks we ordered ahead in the app, wasn’t that busy, never got them
Terrible service. This location has made me decide to never go to a sonic again. They are slow, rude and disrespectful. They do not value their customer. Post a review on google and you get an automated response. Called the number. It goes to customer care where you are told they are a franchise so we have no control. So complaints fall on deaf ears. Avoid this sonic. You will never get the time back you will waste by stopping at this location.

Was in the drive through waiting on somebody with a large order. The guy at the window apologized for the wait and gave us our drinks for free! Always good customer service and friendly staff when we visit :)
