I went to a scooters only to find that all of my reward smiles were gone!! I’ve talked with several people from the corporate location. So far nothing has been done!! Makes me wonder if Scooters is going to do anything about this??

Strawberry Banana smoothie was great. I'm not a fan of the egg bites, they're not horrible, just missing something. I highly recommend the red velvet cake bites...YUM!!

Went here with my siblings this afternoon to get some drinks and I notice them make a couple drinks with regular milk instead of oat milk like we had asked since we cannot have dairy. When I told them they gave me a dirty look and we’re rude about it. As they remade our drinks the correct way like we asked I could hear one of the employees say to another “well maybe if they didn’t order the whole damn menu”. Very rude and unprofessional. Keep your comments to yourself in front of customers.

This location has perfectly perfected my drink that has PLENTY of espresso. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, an area that other locations struggle to do. Staff is friendly and I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive thru!

Update: The manager contacted me and we discussed ways to improve some things. She was open to suggestions and showed accountability. :)(5/19/22)It's a hit or miss if your drink is going to be good at this particular scooters. I've realized it depends who is working. If I see a red car parked outside the place it's usually good . Tonight there was no red car and the service was... not good. Today 5/19/22 when I was giving my order a girl on the other end was laughing the whole time (not professional) my strawberry smoothie still had big ice chunks in it, couldn't even use the straw for it. Come on Seward Scooters, get your stuff together! I was so excited to hear Scooters was coming to Seward, the customer service is a let down generally.There isn't consistency on asking if I want whipped cream or not. Half the time they just choose not to ask and not put it on.Also ask your customers if they have rewards with you or are a rewards member.
