Update: The manager contacted me and we discussed ways to improve some things. She was open to suggestions and showed accountability. :)(5/19/22)It's a hit or miss if your drink is going to be good at this particular scooters. I've realized it depends who is working. This location has perfectly perfected my drink that has PLENTY of espresso. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, an area that other locations struggle to do. Staff is friendly and I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive thru!
