I love my girls at Scooters. They always know exactly how I like my drink and are the absolute sweetest to have a quick convo with.
I go to this location more than I should, and this is the third or fourth time something with their system has screwed up.
Since I get so many rewards points, I typically redeem those rewards and this time redeemed a savory food item. I've tried two separate times to redeem it at the store and the first time when I scanned it it didn't go through, and the second time which was today, their system was down.

We ordered our drinks online. Then in the app we asked for Carmel drizzle in and on our drinks we got paid an extra 3.20 just for Carmel that we didn’t get.
