I just went today and unfortunately returned to not have any syrups I paid for in my drinks. No sugar free vanilla in my matcha and no raspberry syrup in my black tea for my mother. This has come to be a frequent issue at this location and it's frustrating not getting the syrups that I asked an paid for.
This location has perfectly perfected my drink that has PLENTY of espresso. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, an area that other locations struggle to do. Staff is friendly and I’ve never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive thru!
Dietary restrictions: The workers are very helpful and understands some of the dietary request/restrictions we had ....like sugar free and like dairy free offerings. Highly recommended.
