Shelby Food Truck was awesome. I was passing through town trying to find something quick to eat and he took care of us even though he was closing up shop. The carne asada burritos are fantastic and the salsa’s amazing too. Great customer service, great food, I’ll definitely stop by every time I’m on the road. . A real hidden gem! Thanks again Rogelio!
