Horrible food
This Applebee's has struggled in the past finding good servers and cooks but seems to be turning things around. We'll be back

If your hours online say open until midnight and your hours posted on the door say open until midnight then you shouldn't have your doors locked at 9pm
After 5500 miles over 4 weeks, we are finally headed for home. We stopped here as part of our gas stop. This was the saddest stop of the entire trip. So disappointing. I was able to get seated pretty quickly, the restaurant was pretty empty. 2 gentleman walked in as my husband and I were discussing what we wanted to order. The gentleman waited while the table next to us was cleared and then they were seated. A waitstaff took their drink order. Finally Haillee took our drink order. Another couple was seated. The gentleman next to us were able to order AND GET their food. The other couple was able to get drinks and order food. After waiting at our table for 18 minutes to order food, we left $5 on the table for my drink and we left. 4 staff were sitting and standing near the bar chatting the entire time we couldn't get service. So very sad. Maybe ordering for pick might work, bur we will remember that done in doesn't work at this location on all our future business trips.

Ordered online Double Crunch Shrimp. That was definitely not what I got when I got home. Not impressed with the shrimp that was given. The shrimp on the menu was what I wanted however not what I got. If you’re going to change menu Items your menu needs to reflect that.
First Photo What I got.
Second Photo what I was expecting.

Bartender was great! Food was decent and prices were good. Way too much on the menu though! You decide what you want then open another menu and there's 20 more options or more!

We arrived and were seated immediately but after waiting 20 minutes and having not one server even ask us what we wanted to drink, we got up and left, they probably never even noticed, will never try here again, it wasn't even busy

AVOID AT ALL COST PPL! Old food bad service…… I’ve been coming here every week for a year because it’s on my route. Today I called to place my order and girl was annoyed and placed me on hold for 11 minutes. So my husband went inside and ordered. I guess today is a bad day or it’s new staff because the rice was OLD RICE SUPER SALTY… chicken looked inedible. It looked like throw up. It sad to see establishment like this that are set in history to go down due to poor management cooks and service personnel. Took the food back and same shit. Wow. Well you lost a customer because Today was my last time I support this Applebees

We may have come on an off day but it took is over 2 hours to order, get food and get our ticket. They were out of a lot of stuff and my steak was tough. The easier was nice but he was way in over his head. It wasn't busy but service sure made it feel like it was. I wouldn't go back.

I hadn’t until just the other day ever eaten at an Applebees. In 46 years I hadn’t missed anything. Food is pretty bad, server was nice kid but couldn’t keep the drinks full. Place is clean and generic on the inside. I think all the food I seen was rewarmed.

8:30 pm Aug 30. Waited almost 15 minutes to get seated, never did. Place was almost empty.
Much of the staff seen me and nobody bothered to provide service or alert someone they had a new guest.
Male bartender with long blonde hair looked at me almost every 2 minutes and the only thing he had to say to the waitress as they walked by was how much he loved them.
This does not belong in the workplace.
Do you think the 3 or 4 couples trying to enjoy their Saturday want to listen to the bartender tell every female how much he loves them? I bet they don't. It is not his job to be the center of attention. In my opinion people act like that after they have been drinking...
I even had a couple seated tell me they didn't understand why I was being ignored.
I asked them if the bartender had been acting like that all night.. guy rolled his eyes and said yes....
After being ignored and just wanting a hot meal and decent service after 10 hours of driving.. I left, i wasn't gonna let that loudmouth to bother me all night
In this small town area, there is a reason your place is so empty on Saturday prime dinner service. Might wanna have a chat with the staff about how often they are told they are loved by the bartender...
