We were in Sidney for a small escape… ok yeah Cabela’s. Hungry we looked for a place to eat that was not the ordinary. Aster’s is what we chose and the food was really really good, fast service, owner was friendly as they come. It’s a small little place and not much to dine in at there were a couple tables. The food is great! We will eat here again next trip.
This is a great secret place to visit and eat. Owner runs the show and makes great food. The smell walking in the front door should tell you how good it is!!
If you are a truck driver, there is plenty of parking close by. Owner of the shop says you can park in the lot right outside of the parking lot along the fence. Probably room for 2 trucks. I got the Mac and cheese bowl with brisket and chopped chicken tenders. He also has specials from time to time for CDL holders. Give him a call Bey you get there and he can cook up some big orders for storage on the truck.
