My server was great and patient as I had trouble deciding what to order because I was so hungry everything sounded great. I settled on the bourbon street burger... this sandwich has serious potential... however my sautéed onions and mushrooms were raw and the sandwich had about 3 times more onion than was reasonable. The are doing an amazing job especially when short staffed they try very hard to make sure your food and service experience is amazing...However when doing the grab and go and the app isn't working to let them know you have arrived when you have the call the male worker is very rude and has a tone that your are being a inconvenient to him and causing him more stress

Ok y'all need to step it up because these last two times that I've been there have been horrible. Went there for my birthday about a week ago and everything was slow and either under cooked or over cooked. Went over there today to grab an order at car side to go and I was expecting it to be snappy but I guess not. I ordered my go to appetizer which is the classic combo.
