I didn’t dine in… I did curbside pickup & everything went really good. Easy to setup in their app & prices are the same as eating inside verses utilizing a food delivery service. Food was hot, tasty & decent portions. Came with utensils which is great since staying in a hotel for work.
Average, at best. They were out of product.
Asked for my sirloin rare. Got medium to well :-( Appetizer slow in coming, arrived 1 minute before entree. Had to swat at flies as well. 😲

Despite hiccups like computer issues affecting food quality, Applebee's aims to provide a pleasant dining experience, making an effort to ensure customer satisfaction. The bartender was great and the food was decent with good prices. The menu has way too many options. The favorite Quesadilla Burger is still on the menu. A little hiccup in the service can happen, especially when the restaurant is getting ready for dinner service. It is very convenient to the Hampton Inn next door. Eating late on a Saturday was good. The staff works hard when super under staffed, providing a great experience.
