Horrible service. Sat in bar area for 15 minutes, no service. Went to bar to order drinks and she ignored me for a few minutes too! Then said she’d find a server. Just take the order!!Bartender lady acted ditzy, wasn’t very busy for a Saturday night, maybe 5 tables but she and the servers were hiding out somewhere??Once we got a server she was very nice and personable.Ordered a glass of wine and got it, ordered another and they didn’t have what I wanted so had to get the other brand that apparently cost $3.25 more. Wasn’t told that it cost more so I could make a decision if I wanted to pay $11.25 for half a glass of wine; I feel if you run out of what I am drinking you should only charge me the same price as what I had ordered or ask me what I’d like to do.I just subtracted it from the tip but I believe there would be an easier way to keep your customer happy.All in all I would not stop at this Applebees again. I feel that if we are going to your establishment we deserve good service.

Food wasn't that great ordered a chicken salad asked for extra ranch which I didn't get any at all. Then they brought my friend out the wrong food.n they did fix it but still tried charging us for the other plate that was there mistake.

The Sidney Applebees ruined my wifes birthday lunch and my day. To start, the host was annoyed we came in, stared at me, I had to start the conversation by saying 2 please, he grabbed 2 menus walked to the nearest table and slapped the menus down, not one word was spoken. 2nd, our waiter took forever to introduce himself and take our order. 3rd, the host brought our food, asked who had the burger, once I told him it was me, he quixkly and rudely put our plates on the table. 4th thing, my table had no ketchup, our waiter hasnt been seen since he took our order. So i walked to an empty table to grab a ketchup. Then a random waitress raises her voice so loud the whole reataurant stopped and stared at me when she said, “Sir, you need to ask your waiter for ketchup. You just dont grab ketchup from other tables.” So emabarrasing and rude. Unbelieveable and rude service. Then she was trying to suck up to me after I raised my voice back saying “how can I ask if he never is around?” I will never come to this store again. I will tell others to not waste their time and money. Their staff are rude and lazy. I never got an apology and no manager in sight. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had Fiwsta Chicken. Meat was good. Rice was awfully dry. There’s no way this was 550 calories on a 16x6 plate stuffed with food. House salad was better pre Covid. I froze to death because of air conditioning. And it’s already really cold outside. Kept my parka on through dinner.

I called them about it, but they simply told me to talk to DoorDash (which I didn’t use) and that they can’t do anything about my problem. Slow service and hair in my sandwich what a waste.
Ok y'all need to step it up because these last two times that I've been there have been horrible. Went there for my birthday about a week ago and everything was slow and either under cooked or over cooked. Went over there today to grab an order at car side to go and I was expecting it to be snappy but I guess not. I ordered my go to appetizer which is the classic combo. The cheese in the cheese sticks was not melted all the way, wings were dry as well as the mini quesadillas. Both the salsa and the marina sauce were watery. About the only good thing that was left were the chips and the Bleu cheese. Surprised the chips weren't stale. Y'all used to be so good so what happened? Disappointing.

My server was great and patient as I had trouble deciding what to order because I was so hungry everything sounded great. I settled on the bourbon street burger... this sandwich has serious potential... however my sautéed onions and mushrooms were raw and the sandwich had about 3 times more onion than was reasonable. My fries were good.... my spinach and artichoke dip tasted off but was still edible.They are having computer problems this evening so that could be part of the food being off. I won't hold tonight against them unless I get the same kind of results on my next visit.

The are doing an amazing job especially when short staffed they try very hard to make sure your food and service experience is amazing...However when doing the grab and go and the app isn't working to let them know you have arrived when you have the call the male worker is very rude and has a tone that your are being a inconvenient to him and causing him more stress
