I got the $7 meal deal, it was good.
The food was warm and good but we didn't wait ½ hour for it. The teenage girl working seemed new and not trained well.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is known for its double or triple patty burgers, which some find unhealthy. The service is customer-oriented, with a clean environment and fantastic food. The location is kid-friendly, with special attention to keeping ice cream from melting too quickly. However, some customers experienced issues such as receiving extra patties in their burgers or small portions of ice cream. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, with one customer even returning after a small mishap to receive great service and a happy grandchild.
Many visitors enjoy hot and fresh food, though occasionally meals like chicken and fries may sit for a while. The staff, including Luna, is super friendly and competent. Some customers note long drive-thru waits, causing blizzards to melt by the time they reach the window, with fewer candy pieces than expected. Others have had mixed experiences with burgers like the bacon double cheese deluxe, finding the meat dry and flavorless or uneven ketchup distribution. The chicken strip sandwich sometimes comes with tiny amounts of lettuce and mayo, and fries may not meet usual standards. Still, many return for the service and overall quality.
