Main issue is all the burgers are double or triple patties, let’s talk about unhealthy. Corporate needs to change it back to single and up charge for extra parties. I specified I wanted a single patty and received two. I shouldn’t have to pay for a patty I don’t eat.

The ice cream was watery & yellowish. We could not eat it and put it in the trash . When asked if they changed their recipe or what happened to the white rich creamy ice cream the cashier ignored me. What happened to good ice cream and customer service? You will NOT find it at Sidney, Nebraska, Dairy Queen! The food and service actually does not even deserve a star! We will never return ! And where is the manager?

For some reason the dairy freeze here doesn't taste as good as other DQs. It's not as creamy. Taste like it's watered down. Very disappointed!!
This is one of the best Dairy Queens I've ever had.. Service is completely about the customers. Very clean and the food was fantastic . This is a 10 + for meKid-friendliness: We had left without a vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. Gets hard so ice cream won't melt as fast . My Grandson and I left, 30 min later ,he said he didn't ever get his cone. This would have been a nightmare anywhere else but we went back and there were no ? He got his ice cream but the best was he looked at me and said your the best Grandma I'm happy your my Grandma

Last week ordered a pup cup cuz my girl is spoiled.. I was served about a tablespoon of vanilla ice cream. Only place this has happened. Today we sat I the drive thru line for 20 mi uses and there was only 1 car in front of us.

.Very.condescending-attitude on part of Mgr at this location 7/12 4:30pm. Ask for a large Malt as morning Mgr Erica normally makes for me & this '.hillbilly.' Mgr at 4:40 pm today 'I' can't do that' (mgr's.go.to.vocabulary) I don't know how' (well you charge me more bone-lick) I can't do that-Mgr stated; obviously this Mgr is working-Dairy Queen as Mgr (mgr-my-'a') because-he's (unable-to-get job anyplace else) Good help is certainly difficult to get today; hiring former 'farm-haystack-slingers to be Mgr's at Dairy Queen's.!
