Pulled up at 9:59PM, instead of sending me to McDonald's and locking the door. I received fresh hot crinkle fries and a smile! My go to in sidney for sure. Thank You!
The service was exceptional! My husband and I were traveling, and I left my purse in the restaurant. I called later from the road, and the manager and employees had my purse; safe and waiting for me to come back to get it. I appreciate the honestly, and ethical actions of the staff working the afternoon of July 19, 2026.😊

Arby's is a fast food restaurant that serves hot, fresh, and delicious food. The curly fries are a highlight, considered the best among fast food chains. The food was great and the place was clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. While some customers have experienced mistakes with their orders, the manager took care of it immediately. The chicken cordon bleu and the steak sandwich were great, but the crinkle fried seemed old and dry. The beef and cheddar was fine but would have been better with some Arby's sauce. The service is really good and they really care about customers being satisfied.
