Horrible service. Cold fries, my roast beef sandwich was actually nuked and slimy. I threw both away after 2 bites. It was horrible. I only gave 1 star because sub star rating is not available.

Went thru the drive-thru and ordered. Asked for light sauce. The employees attitude changed right away and when we got our food you coukd tell she hadn't said anything about the request. Food was very sloppy :(
Well usually we enjoy going to this location but it was 8 o'clock at night so they were parking everyone to bring there food out to them. We had to repeat our order into the little box about 4 times and the little gal still didn't get it right so we asked her to repeat our order when we got up to the pay windows and got that situated then parked and got our food the food was less than par this time for some reason the roast beef was really dry but like I said it's usually really good

Burnt buns must be the norm at this location. Not to mention the stale sour cheese sauce & the old stale fryer oil you can immediately taste on the fries. Whomever the franchisee owner is for this location, you really should check in on your quality control sometime. Yikes ? do better.
