The last three times I went there the food was not like it used to be. 3 times go I got the wrong order they got mad at me and for pointing out they gave me the wrong food. The next time they only gave me half my food and when they slammed open the door and said what do you want and I said I'd like my drink please and they literally threw it out the window at me. This last time service was great the french fries tasted like old grease

We were passing through and decided to give Runza a try. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.
We ordered a couple Swiss Mushroom Runza sandwich combos and 2 bowls of the Wisconsin cheese soup. It was DELICIOUS. Will definitely come back if we’re in the area

The new Runza restaurant and location is a great improvement over the old one. We love the outdoor seating that is available so we can enjoy our meal with our dog. Great Runza sandwiches, as always!

It's a Runza but I just wanna say the guy behind the counter Mike C, really personable guy, really friendly, great customer service. Franchise owner if you're reading this, give that guy a raise. THATS the kind of employee you want to keep around.
