Everything was great. My ONLY suggestion is that you label the wrappers of what something is. We ordered several items and I have never been here, so I had NO clue what item was what and accidently ate my husband's grilled thinking it was mine because the ingredients were so similar. Labels are helpful.

The GM took my order. He initially interrupted me mid order with a loud “huh” and then when I increased the volume of my voice he acted like I was screaming at him. I told him I wanted extra seasoning on my oles. He said “are you sure? We season the crap out of them?” I said yes and he assured me putting extra on them would be too much, and didn’t ring in extra seasoning. I got them and big surprise there wasn’t enough seasoning to my liking. Please let people order what they want to order? Not a clue how this individual made it to GM. He is so rude. Meat tasted funny also.

If I could give the a ZERO I would. This is the last time TJ in Sidney is getting my business. I'm contacting the NDA , bean burrito COLD, taco COLD, I'm talking cold and not room temp. Chicken ranch burrito they said would take 3 minutes, chicken cold, the liquid cheese COLd. Went to the register (;ignored ) told person who was making the food I needed to speak. He said 1 minute and gave someone there food and went and grabbed some oles and ATE them. Went back to making food. I waited and he ignored the fact I asked for someone. Called and no manager so I said calling health dept and he said good luck they never come OuT. WTH.

It's at a truck stop and they didn't have enough staff to service the customers. After waiting 5 minutes to place an order a voice from somewhere it'll be a bit. So I left.
When asked for extra salsa for my taco salad, was told it was already on it. I would have liked to have 2 extra thing of it. But cashier would not give it.

The boss (I believe they said tom) was very rude. The lady put my order in wrong by accident and they gave me the wrong thing. I came up and told her this then “Tom” came by yelled and her in front of a bunch of guests for the accident then yelled at the workers to get the right order for me then yelled at me when asking what meat was on it. We’ve been driving for several hours with many complications just for rude customer service. Until the boss gets better customer service I’d advice stopping elsewhere for your meal.

Just wow. After a long day on the road we stopped at this location to get a bite to eat. First off Kerry who took our order was the nicest person at this establishment. The manager of this restaurant is rude and needs to learn some customer service skills cause he lacks them. From talking to the employees to talking down to the customers he covered it all. This is not the way to run a business let alone how to talk to people in general.
