It's at a truck stop and they didn't have enough staff to service the customers. After waiting 5 minutes to place an order a voice from somewhere it'll be a bit. So I left.

When asked for extra salsa for my taco salad, was told it was already on it. I would have liked to have 2 extra thing of it. But cashier would not give it.

The boss (I believe they said tom) was very rude. The lady put my order in wrong by accident and they gave me the wrong thing. I came up and told her this then “Tom” came by yelled and her in front of a bunch of guests for the accident then yelled at the workers to get the right order for me then yelled at me when asking what meat was on it. We’ve been driving for several hours with many complications just for rude customer service. Until the boss gets better customer service I’d advice stopping elsewhere for your meal.

Just wow. After a long day on the road we stopped at this location to get a bite to eat. First off Kerry who took our order was the nicest person at this establishment. The manager of this restaurant is rude and needs to learn some customer service skills cause he lacks them. From talking to the employees to talking down to the customers he covered it all. This is not the way to run a business let alone how to talk to people in general.

This location does not represent the TJ’s brand, at all. It was literally like 50° in the dining room, so I found a picnic table around the side of the building where the employees smoke cigarettes. People screaming at full volume in the kitchen, no napkins, the sauce packets were dirty, and my tacos were wrapped in just plain white paper. Super weird. The cashier asked what size I wanted my meal; and I said small. He said they are out of small cups, and they’d have to charge me for a medium, which is really dumb. It’s not my fault y’all are out of cups. The right thing to do would’ve been to charge me for a small and give me a medium cup. Hello! So I paid extra because you guys were irresponsible and didn’t place the right order for your dry goods? Cool. Sorry if my expectations are too high for a gas station Taco John’s. Waste of money though for sure.
