I have ordered takeout and eat there, it is delicious... (tacos, burritos, gorditas) I invite you to try their dishes. The only detail I see is that you only pay in cash and although the place has an ATM, to withdraw cash... it is easier to pay with a card.

I was looking for an excuse to drive into Nebraska and thank god I did because these tacos were sooooo good.
This is the best Mexican fast food in town. The prices are cheap, the amount of food you get is fair, and all the items on the menu have a great taste. I have tried every Mexican restaurant in the Siouxland are and they genuinely have the best tasting rice.

This place is always packed and crowded, but let me tell you, it's because it is one of the best places to get Mexican food. The quality is compatible with San Diego quality of tacos. Not only that, but out of the 4 times I've been there, they have been consistently great. Their Birria is solid, and I would highly recommend the Carne Asada, Lengua and Tripa tacos (if you like these choice of meats of course). I also tried their Menudo, which was the only subpar dish I've tried. Overall, Roble's is a top choice when it comes to tacos and birria. If you are passing by Sioux City or craving Mexican food and live in the area, do yourself the favor and get some tacos, you will not be disappointed.

Bomb tacos currently $2 a pop, $2.99 for Birria (complete with a bowl of broth to dip). Full, flavorful (Al Pastor ?) and comes out as-is for you to adorn from the available salsa bar. A variety of salsas, cabbage, onion, cilantro, radish and pico de gallo. Pop and agua frescas available with free refills. As most places in town - cash only, atm onsite and a drive thru available. Parking lot is large and on the south side of the building.
