Everything about this place is the worst, not just the worst Wendy's, but the worst fast food place to go to. If you want fast food, go ANYWHERE but here. It would be quicker to make a reservation somewhere and eat in than it would to wait for them to take your order. I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes when the person in line hadn't even ordered yet. I go inside, and the kiosk won't let me order my food, so I go to the front counter, and they do their best to ignore me. When i finally got Miguel's attention, he never even looked at me. He just said he was way too busy to take my order now and wouldn't be able to take it for another 10 minutes. I went there for breakfast at 10am and had to leave because they couldn't even take my order before breakfast ended. I was thoroughly disappointed and it's frustrating going to a place within the time frame for breakfast and not being allowed to get breakfast because they won't even try. No way they could be that busy on 4 orders for 30 minutes, that screams incompetence.

Bought a daves double meal with spicy ghost pepper sauce and baconator meal for my friend at 10:30pm. When we ordered they didnt give us fries or straws so we made a quick trip back. Asked for fries and got them but we still didnt get our straws. Daves double didnt have any cheese and was as dry as a sponge. The baconator my friend ate was raw and had spicy buffalo sauce for some reason. The chicken was also not that spicy despite me ordering ghost pepper, also there was no utensil. We must have done something to piss the nightshift off because we heard some screaming at the back of the drive thru while we were goofing off. Wouldnt be surprised if they scimmed of my debit card as well. To me this is strange because my past experiences with this wendys were good but this one was horrendous, must be something wrong with nightshift. Wouldnt come back here even if i was starving to death

Today we went here and used the drive thru. We ordered a double large, a Boo bag, and a Cobb salad. The food was horrible, hamburgers and fries were cold. The women at the drive thru were rude as heck!! When asking for condiments, the windows was shut and we were ignored. We asked several times and our food was given to us, it was basically shoved all at once, which made us almost drop the food. Never again will we visit this place!!

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant, but not the one in South Sioux City. I went there a couple of days ago. First of all a girl comes out over the speak asking what I want. I tell he , a guy takes over. He asked me what I want again I said I just told the girl she didn’t hear you so I told him what I wanted again pretty simple Dev double meal medium with lemonade that’s all it was it so I get up to the window and another guy asked as I’m driving up to the window. The girl says don’t crash and anything that’s why I thought she said I got up to the window. The guy asked me I’m sorry would you order again? I was the only car there. I was the only person the only customer so I told him again what I wanted I said by the way what that girl stated me over the speaker he said she didn’t say anything I said yeah she sounded like she said Dan don’t crash and everybody laughed and he said oh they were just working in the kitchen and they were teasing each other. I said OK we pull up as well. Can I get my credit card back? Oh yeah well they brought the food out. I took pictures of it first I threw the took one french fry. It looked like that order of french fries were from 10 different cook times they were dirty. They had different levels of grease on them. They were just horrible. I took one I ate it unsuspectingly and looked at him. I dumped him out the window right when I got in the Walmart parking lot I opened up the what was supposed to be at Dave’s double it took a picture of it. It just had ketchup and mustard, andone small piece of bacon and the patties were in the bun was smashed and I thought I threw it out, so yeah that’s my experience there.
Went through the drive thru and got a wendy's single. Love the burgers and my favorite is the Vanilla frostychinno
