This Subway was very busy and understaffed. The service was wonderful for what it was but the food did not look fresh as it normally does at a subway in fact I did not have cucumbers just because I look like they've been frozen. I ordered one of the footlong chocolate cookies and just before she handed to it me the girl accidentally dropped it and then she said at least it was in the bag but it was a big smushy pile at the end of the bag. This did not affect the taste of course but, I was a little surprised she didn't offer a new one. I was not impressed by the vegetables at all. I do not think this is the workers fault I think this is management and or owner's fault

This is undoubtedly the dirtiest subway I have ever been in. The lettuce was brown the spinach slimy. Ugh!

I went into the subway today to get a sandwich and the girl who was working immediately warned me she was sick. So I asked her why she was there and she told me that she was forced to be there since no one else would do it. Which I thought was messed up. She was trying her best to smile. But I could see all she wanted to do was cry. She looked horrible. I could tell she was suffering. I cannot believe such an industry would let someone as sick work near my food?! She made my sandwich. It was fine. Just this one time. She was alright.

they will not get a phone in order correct EVER on the rare occasion they will even pick up the phone... I have on numerus occasions drove around the restaurant and the block while ringing the phone with no customers there and no one at the counter and seen them on their phones in the back

I happened to come into this subway and this Angie lady working there was yelling and complaining about being there she’s also very rude to the customers and even workers I don’t even want to go back because of all the animosity and attitude..she also kept getting on her phone.

I order from this location several times a month by phone for lunch. My sandwhich is pretty intricate and I am very particular about it being just right. Angie and her crew always knock it out of the park and I never leave dissapointed. Staff here is always very friendly and the restaurant stays clean and organized. This is the second best place to eat in Superior regardless of it being a corporation.

Subway has several new sandwiches. I tried one and it was okay. The chicken was not grill cooked as advertised and the vegetables were semi fresh. The size of the buns seems to have shrunk and the price has increased.

Staff was friendly but had no idea what they were doing. They had no clue how to make the sandwich that I asked for and they overcharged me- $17 for a footlong sub??? To make things even worse, they crammed the sandwich into a bag barely big enough for a 6"- so when I went to eat it it was nothing but mush.

Twice in one month I have order on the app and my food wasn’t ready. I order well over and hour before pickup time. Last night they told me that they were just waiting till the online orders came in before starting to make the order. This is a poorly operated store.

This place is horrible, my girlfriend got a sandwich and literally only had 4 pieces of meat and bread there where no veggies on the sandwich and she asked for some. I would not recommend coming here
