Big thanks to Jason for making probably the best brisket pizza I’ve had. Very friendly and positive attitude.

Everyone is always very nice and more than willing to help you to find any thing especially finding the right size glass for your drinks. It's always nice to come in when everyone is cheerful and happy the mood just rubs off! When the store clerks tell you to have a nice day you can tell they really mean it!

Just about the rudest cashier I've ever encountered. There was absolutely no feedback, I wasn't even sure if the transaction was over. It may as well have been self checkout, if self checkout included a cashier absently eating pizza and playing on their phone while working.

Great food as always though. I usually love Casey's, but the service was appalling.

The food itself is delicious almost every time. Don’t get me wrong, we love Casey’s pizza, The problem is just the guys just need to slow down and read the ticket and make the pizzas on time and accurately. We order frequently and almost every time it’s wrong. Not trying to hurt Casey’s or any employees, just hoping this helps with training purposes.

This is definitely an older Casey’s in desperate need of a renovation. Very dark and old inside.

The counter clerk guy is extremely creepy. He will hold your item at the counter so he can keep talking to you. Basically harassing and keeping items from you after you have already paid. Does not want you leaving the store without talking to him. The most uncomfortable experience!

I am lost for words. I had a terrible night and was greeted by a work named Nobel. He greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and caring for his customers. People talk about the best business is one that makes you feel at home. That is this place. Great shout out to Nobel, I don't want him to go un noticed. Thank you for your great customer service.

I stopped her twice after track meets with my team (last spring). We ordered enough pizza that the bill was over $100. I asked if they could give us a deal since we were ordering so much pizza. Because on top of the pizza ordered, my runners ordered drinks and other snack items. That is close to $200 of business. The response to my request about a deal for all the money being spent - "you have to order online to get a deal on the pizza".This was disappointing. I even left a comment on the Casey's website and heard nothing.

Every time we order Pizza from the Casey’s in Syracuse Nebraska they mess up the order ,today I ordered and paid for a large “meat galore” minus the ham and we received a large sausage only pizza. I would be surprised if I ever actually received the order correctly. Is it too much to ask and expect to get my order as I request? I think I’ll save my money and avoid future frustration and take my business somewhere else. And if I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!

Always late. Tell you to pick up your pie in 15, expect 45. Unless, of course, you do and they made it in 15. Sat in their parking lot many times, waiting. Stoners inside, with slow turning gears. It’s like service in Portland without the hippie charm.
