Roc Hopper is a brewery you'd expect to find in a larger town. The interior is comfortable and nicely appointed with art that can be purchased along the walls. The beer selection is impressive and while none of the them blew me away, none of them were bad. My favorite of the four I tried was the Honu Turtle Porter which tastes like the candy. Great place, loved the atmosphere. Food was good and service was great. Place was clean including the bathrooms. Music was at a perfect volume. The beer I wanted was out which was a bit disappointing. One thing that puzzled me was there isn't a brewhouse or fermentation on site. The beer is made at the owners home as I was told. We have been here twice now. The first time was incredible, and the second time outdid the first. The service was phenomenal, the pizza was delicious and the bruschetta is the best we've ever had. Be sure to try the Doll Face Coconut Blonde!
