We have been here twice now. The first time was incredible, and the second time outdid the first. The service was phenomenal, the pizza was delicious and the bruschetta is the best we've ever had. Be sure to try the Doll Face Coconut Blonde!

Roc Hopper is a brewery you'd expect to find in a larger town. The interior is comfortable and nicely appointed with art that can be purchased along the walls. The beer selection is impressive and while none of the them blew me away, none of them were bad. My favorite of the four I tried was the Honu Turtle Porter which tastes like the candy. They also serve a variety of pizzas. I recommend Roc Hopper to anyone in the area or even if you're looking to take a short road trip from Omaha.

Great place, loved the atmosphere. Food was good and service was great. Place was clean including the bathrooms. Music was at a perfect volume. The beer I wanted was out which was a bit disappointing. One thing that puzzled me was there isn't a brewhouse or fermentation on site. The beer is made at the owners home as I was told. There were four 15 bbl fermenters onsite but were not being used. Overall liked the place but definitely wanted to see the system the beers were made on. Nice work Roc Hopper!

Woah! Love this place! Never have been to Nebraska or the Midwest. Have lived in kauai for four years and came out to visit because my boyfriend and his family (they’re from here). I worked for pFriem brewery for a few years before I moved to the island, so I was excited to try some beer since I was in the journey to be a Cicerone . Journey ended but still love beer. The Beer is exquisite . Did a taster, but Let’s talk about the sour IPA or hibiscus gose. ❤️ going against the crowd and doing beers like this is what makes them special. Especially when it works this well. Loved the environment, great feel with great art work from Katy!! Had to finish it off with some pizza ? ? I lived in NY so I really appreciated a good pizza! So much I ordered another one To-go. Also since I’m a damn vegetarian and they catered to that! Even made a dressing that was vegetarian to go with their Ceasar salad. Courtney and Ursula were amazing and took care of our every need. Glad my in-laws took me in and I’ll be back next time I’m on the mainland ?

Stopped here after a baseball game and I thought I was in another city! This place is large, new, clean and smells great! It kinda looks like a sports bar/microbrewery/art gallery that you are quite surprised would be in Syracuse Nebraska! Unfortunately I didn't take any pics because my phone was dead (they let me charge it behind the bar) but I can tell you that the margarita pizza, the grilled Italian panini, the pressed lemon ricotta appetizer and all the beers were fantastic. They have plenty of tv's and a bunch of seating and if you are so inclined, you can spend $8000 on a canvas painting of Elton John!! I will be back!!
