When I walked in I had to wait for the employees to finish their verbal argument before they would help me, then when I got my burger it was thrown together with sandwich bread?? WTH? It was also completely cold and disgusting. I used to stop here once every week or two but haven’t been out this way for quite some time now. I definitely won’t be back after this one. Nasty so called food was thrown in the trash along with $11.

After years of stopping by when we pass through the area, we are no longer giving this business our patronage.
Typical night staff for a while has been extremely unfriendly, passive aggressive, and lazy. They behave like customers are a problem, and they create a hostile environment for customers. Two individuals (Moyer and Husky) are the most poorly behaved with eye rolls, sighs, and snappy comments. They are also NEARLY ALWAYS out of something. On our most recent visit they were out of chicken and mushroom sauce. They will also lie and say that Hardee's discontinued an item if they don't want to make it (tonight it was the Frisco Burger. I've attached screenshots of Hardee's page and the map showing the Frisco Burger is still available and is available at this location). If a customer chooses to order something they can make, it elicits more sighs, eye rolls and muttering, and if a customer walks away that earns passive aggressive comments (specifically in regards to Moyer and Husky). We've never had this experience with any other employees at this location on the rare occassion we stop by earlier in the day.
I'm also going to echo concerns of other patrons regarding food handling. I don't think I have ever seen night shift employees wear gloves...and they will wipe their faces, touch the register and mop buckets and then immediately touch customer's food.
We've pushed a complaint to corporate as management doesn't seem concerned. We will also reach out to Love's corporate office.

Cadence Moyer was absolutely horrible to order from. I walked in at 1:30 am from the Loves side unsure if they were open. I drive overnights so it’s hit or miss when you can get food. I carried through a jerky I picked up in Loves in case Hardee’s was closed. After seeing they were open I asked if I could pay for the jerky in Hardee’s like I’ve done all around the country. Cadence angrily says NO you can’t it hasn’t to be paid for out there. I said oh dang I didn’t see the guard haha. She shouts “there’s a sign above the door”. Again I’ve bought stuff around the country in restaurants attached to truck stops so this was a first for me. I then ordered my food even though I shouldn’t have and she completely botched my order. I had to throw most of it out and I didn’t dare go back in case she spit in it. Very disgusting excuse for an employee.

First, not sure why you would have the Hardee's app if your store doesn't allow you to use it to earn rewards and use rewards. Second, I got the new Frisco bacon breakfast sandwich and there was very little egg, cheese, and bacon in the middle so basically it was mostly bread. $5 for that?! Extremely dissatisfying
This Hardee's was short-staffed, several groups waiting for food.

Just went to this Hardee’s last night on my cross country drive. Food and customer service were good. However, there was a disgruntled regular who was highly upset that there were no chicken tenders. Apparently this is not the first or second time, and the day before there were a large number of people who also wanted them but none were available. So, on behalf of the disgruntled regular to the manager who is in charge of ordering inventory, please PLEASE order more chicken tenders.
