Placed an online order went to pick it up and brought it back home nothing was right on either of the sandwiches. The meatball marinara didn't even had meatballs when I opened it up.

We just got done with a long day of golfing and we walk in the store at 7:45 and they close at 8 o’clock and the lady at the front counter said that she was closing and she cannot serve us. Terrible customer service I hope she never works again.

I came in for lunch the food was great but the staff was amazing, the lady who served me had a smile on her face and went out of her way to cheer me up and I left there much happier than when I came in. Truly awesome person.

Went in and instead of being greeted was looked at like I was an inconvenience. The sandwiches were very poorly made and honestly weren't very tasteful. Would like to speak to manager.
I hadn't stopped at a Subway in quite a while. The service and sandwich were excellent, but personally I have to say, WAY over priced. Probably not gonna go for a few more years. Just saying.

The product has improved, better quality, and the bread is always soft. This store has not had management for a year up until the end of December. A lot of changes have been made and are continuing to improve.
