Don’t judge a book by its cover. Solid variety of beers, friendly and informative staff. A cool rancher vibe mixed with a contemporary feel. Weiss beer with a shot of raspberry liquor was great. Their red beer was also a top option.

Bolo Beer Co. is a family-friendly brewery with a fun outdoor area, featuring yard games and tables. They offer a wide selection of IPAs and also serve unique drinks like a watermelon gose. The brewery has a side patio area, upstairs stage, and plenty of Nebraska signs around, creating a lively and relaxed atmosphere. While they don't provide food every day, a food vendor is available on Fridays starting at 6 pm. The staff is welcoming, and the vibe is laid-back. Dogs are welcome, and many pups are seen hanging out, all well-behaved. Visitors can also purchase merchandise like red "state suds" tees. Many guests enjoy relaxing with a Berliner Weisse or their cider, and appreciate the friendly environment.
