Mi Toro Supremo Llc was the only restaurant open on a Sunday at 2:00 for some guests. Two servers acted as servers, hosts, table busers, bar tenders and cashiers, but they still managed to be quick, kind, and efficient. Guests had enchiladas, street tacos, and a chicken tostada. Food was mediocre at best. The AC did not seem to be on and it was pretty stifling inside. Another guest found surprisingly great food and enormous portions and loved the fried pork tips. There were three other tables in the very large restaurant and they were sat right in the middle of them. Booth seats need updating. One guest came in at 9:45pm when they close at 10pm. They said they could sit down if they wanted and can order food. The level of service was unmatched. Food was amazing and everything was made fresh. Another guest stopped in on a Sunday afternoon when nearly all the restaurants were closed. They were seated immediately and the waiter was quick and attentive. The food was decent and plentiful and reasonably priced. They did a great job on a beef chimichanga as well as a shrimp chimichanga - the shrimp were large. Another guest stopped for lunch on a roadtrip and it was so good. They got the steak fajita lunch item, and the rest of the family did the pollo Lopez and LOVED it. The kids menu had a lot of good options. The server was amazing and very accommodating. The menu selection was very large. The fajita nachos were great. The chips seem to be fried in house and were a little over cooked but definitely eatable. Great service!
