Not impressed with this pizza hut. I get that it is hard to find workers but we had called in a week before my daughters birthday to set up having a family dinner there. 6 adults and 2 kids. They told us that would work and to call in the day of and put in our order so they could have it ready when we arrived, and this way it would not put them behind if they were busy. So the day of I called in and the manager that night would not allow us to come in. There was no dinning that night. I put in an order to go instead, and they didn't get that right either. Had to go to the store and buy a frozen pizza for people who wanted supreme. At least my daughters pizza was right. But won't do that again.

Very polite service from a worker for his first day on the job, his name was Tim. Very very polite and very considerate asking us if our orders were what we wanted and if our food was to our liking. He did amazing for someone on their first day.

Ordered 2 different kinds of pasta. One was hot. The other was cold. How? What are y’all doing? I shouldn’t have to heat my food up in the microwave to eat it. And calling does nothing. They don’t care.
