We called to order a pizza, he said it'd be ready in 15 mins. Went up there in 15 mins and it was closed. It says online it closes at 11pm - this was at 9:58.

They were short handed, so we bussed our own table when we were done - no big deal. Pizza crust was amazing. Could have had more toppings, but we did ask to leave off mushrooms & pepperoni. We didn't get there til almost 9 pm, but the staff were very nice & helpful.
Parking: There were not a lot of customers at that time of night, so there was lots of parking available.
Kid-friendliness: There we a couple of small kids in there when we came & they were well behaved. They did have high chairs available for little ones.
It was closed when we arrived to pick up our order that we had placed online. It didn’t let us know it was closed our order was placed so we were very disappointed when we drove up to the drive through and there was a hand written sign stating they closed due to mechanical problems.
I ordered Pizza to pick up later in the day and when I ordered and paid already I noticed it said it was being made right away so I called and the lady told me it’s already being made and there nothing I can do . No refund no sorry no nothing it was also $40 they just took she was every unhelpful and not willing to help me out at all and I called the 2 mins after ordering.

We ordered a large hand-tossed 1/2 All Meat 1/2 Supreme pizza. There were big holes in the crust,3 pieces of the pizza that had no cheese and only 3 little pieces of meat, only 4 little slices of green pepper, only 5 little slices of mushrooms. When I ordered the pizza on-line it told me the pizza order was $19.36. The pizza Hut in Valentine, Neb. charged me $23 and some change. Mngr. was not friendly but the girl at the window was fine. We drove 55 miles to enjoy our favorite pizza and it was a disaster and a waste of our hard-earned money. The last time we were there the pizza was similar to this pizza with hardly any toppings but did not have the big holes in the crust but we thought we would give it another try, big mistake. So sorry that you can't get the great pizza that Pizza Hut use to produce for it's customers.

Nice facade. I have never been in there. I assume the food is top-notch. Also, the service must be outstanding. You can gleen a lot from your car window about the atmosphere in a place like this. AND, no one out pizzas the hut.
