In fact I wouldn't give it any stars, we arrived before 2 groups and they never offered us a table, so we sat down, but they didn't come to serve us, we had to go somewhere else to eat. Terrible service!

We were traveling and would be passing through Valentine so I ordered ahead and by the time arrived at Valentine, our pizza was ready. Yay! It was so yummy!

Complete filthy. We were there at 7pm and underage kids under 14 was working in pajamas.. they were outta alot of the menu items. Waited 15min for drinks. Over charged us and we paid just to get outta there.

There was one person up front working and 5 in the back room. We were there for over a hour and we watched more than 2 people walk out because it took so long to sit them. We almost walked out. The worst service we have ever had. We will never stop

I have no problem at all being kicked out of this establishment. very rude and disrespectful. lied and said i was smoking a cigarette? Sorry i don’t even smoke. then tried to get me in trouble with my coworkers? and for what? Horrible management they need a new management team ASAP if they wanna keep this business going! no matter why no one wants to eat there anymore

Service was horrible on October 1st at around 3:30 pm. Walked in saw a sing that states short handed. Was OK we understood. Found a table had a seat. Waited 25 minutes to be waited on. The waitresses never came over or even acknowledged the we were even there. The party behind us got service. She even had the time to sit down with them. Poor service will be the end of any business.

So first of all there was 7 of us, we ordered 4 salads, 2 big New York pizzas and 7 drinks. Salads weren’t brought out until after our pizzas were served , we asked for our pizza to be cut in smaller slices because they served them to us in huge slices which wasn’t a problem but we had small toddlers with us and the manager had the audacity to come out and advise us next time we order pizza to let them know we want it cut in 12 slices. Manager said it in a snotty attitude, mind you we have 5 children that are present, it was so unpleasant and that feeling like she didn’t want to cut our pizza and it was a problem for her. Our waiter did not come back out and ask us if we needed refills, mind you there was like 8 people clocked in. Don’t waste your time money at this joint

So, I'm not usually one to leave a negative review for any business, unless it's a must. This is a must. Yesterday (Saturday) evening, at 4 pm, my husband and son called in to place an order. They've been hauling potatoes for 3 weeks, up in Cody, and were really craving pizza hut.Their call was taken and they started to place their order. They were already making the 1 hour drive from Cody to Valentine. When they were placing their order, they were asked for their address. Well, they don't know their address because it's harvest housing and they've only been there for 3 weeks. So my son is translating back to my husband and suddenly gets told that their sorry, but they're closed... at 4pm on a Saturday. My son and husband felt very disappointed. I felt heartbroken for them,especially since they're alone up there, and I'm down here in Texas

How many ways can you mess up a meal at Pizza Hut? Ok, I’ll give the Valentine, NE Pizza Hut a break for being way under staffed but the manager should be fired for not stepping up and providing good customer service no matter how bad the actual service was…Waited 10 minutes to be seated.Our order was simple- waters, salads, pitcher of beer and a large pizza. Scanning ID’s for our beer took 10 minutes (scanner not functioning) To Go customer walked in and was told his pizza was as given to someone else a few minutes before, they waited 45 minutes for their replacement pizza)We were served our beer, zesty Italian salad (missing most items) and never rcvd our waters. Over the next hour and a half. Pizzas flowed out of the kitchen for To Go orders and three other tables that were seated after us. Then our server walked up and asked if we were ready for our bill? I said we hadn’t received our pizza. No apologies, she blamed her manager and stormed off. 30 more minutes go by, I asked our server to put our pizza in a box. We eventually rcvd our pizza after waiting for nearly 2 hours and a bill for the full amount.No apologies, no offer to take an amount off the bill. Oh, 2 other groups walked out for same lack of dine in service.Corporate needs to take a close look at this franchise.

Very courteous and fast! Made 12 pizzas, 3 cheesy breadsticks and Alfredo in 30 minutes for our big family reunion! Thank you for a delicious meal after a long day of canoeing! Thanks again!

They did not honor the deal shown on the app for The Big Dinner. When I was directed to the manager, she snarkly commented that they do honor that deal at their store. We decided not to stay.

Had 3 items and only one of them was correct. A personal pan pizza is not 2 orders of cheese sticks. And naked wings is not Buffalo wings. Our first time ordering from here and will sadly probably be our last time.
