I'm writing to let the manager know and headquarters know that we were delighted to make the acquaintance of an employee, Chase (Mr C). He took our order perfectly and made polite, friendly, and funny conversation with us as we waited. He impressed me and every other customer with whom he interacted. This is one of the nicest Wendy's with the nicest people I've ever encountered. Just wanted to aen kudos to this manager and this particular employee.”

“OMG!!! This place is fabulous 👌 The staff was very friendly, sweet, and helpful. They were on top of everything. The food was great. My husband ordered the chicken strips and they actually went out of their way and made two strips without the breading for our two dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling through there. I hope we get back here soon.”

“Hit the drive through during our cross-country trip. I usually go in and order but thought I could save time. I was wrong, and you can't escape the drive-through lane once you enter. Asked for peppers on my sandwich, and they were left off even when the request was on the receipt. It's still a pretty good sub.”

“I’m am not a fan of breakfast food, so this is my favorite stop on my way through Nebraska. I didn’t catch her name, but she works the morning shifts. She is very friendly, willing, and is always smiling. At 8am I ordered a cheese pizza and she kindly made one. It only takes 7 minutes. I really appreciated how nice she was to me.”

“Great for a quick coffee fix and a perfect place to sit and visit with a friend. When I was in the other day, I saw a mom working on her computer, with her baby/toddler quietly playing at her feet in one of the corner tables. Mack’s truly has the best small town coffee shop atmosphere. The owner and younger staff are all so friendly and patient while explaining new drinks or waiting for you to decide what to order. I recommend the iced chai (regular or seasonal flavored) and any of their Red Bull creations!”
